What is trenchless sewer replacement?
We replace a sewer lateral by pulling a new pipe along the path of the old one, working from a pit at each end, instead of opening a trench down the whole length of the run. The lawn, the driveway and the walkway in between are left alone.
What is the difference between cabling a drain and hydro jetting it?
A cable punches through whatever is blocking the line and gets the water moving again. Hydro jetting scours the inside wall of the pipe with high pressure water, so grease, scale and root hair come out of the pipe instead of building straight back up on what is left behind.
Why would you put a camera down the line first?
Because it is the difference between replacing a sewer line that needs replacing and replacing one because somebody guessed. The camera shows a belly holding water, a crack, roots coming through a joint, or a section that has lost its shape. You get to watch the screen with us.
Do you come out at night?
Yes. We are open 24 hours, seven days a week. The photograph on the front of this site is our van and jetter trailer working at night.
Which towns do you cover?
San Jose, Santa Clara, Campbell, Los Gatos, Sunnyvale and Mountain View. We have also finished permitted work in Milpitas and Saratoga, so if you are near the edge of that, call and ask.
How long have you been doing this?
Since 2006. The business is family owned and operated, and Jason and his oldest son work side by side on it.
